Job summary

Noblesoft Technologies Inc. in Alameda, CA seeks an AWS Data Architect to design cloud environments with stakeholders. You will create design documents and runbooks for new tools and services, and build environments with Terraform, deploying to test and production while monitoring deployments.

Advanced Terraform knowledge is required, including modules, functions, and a custom backend. Experience with Atlantis, GitHub Actions, OIDC, and security tooling is a plus for automating infrastructure

Qualifications

• Advanced Terraform knowledge; working with modules, use of terraform functions and a custom Terraform backend.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling and security checks (TFSec, GitLeaks, Semgrep).
• Familiarity with Atlantis and GitHub Actions for CI/CD processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to produce design documents and runbooks.

Position: AWS Data Architect

Location: Alameda, CA (Onsite)

Job Description

Engage with stakeholders to design Cloud environments, Create Design documents, runbooks for new tools and services as applicable

Build designed Cloud environments using Terraform, deploy designed environments to test and production, Monitor Deployment and update stakeholders

Advanced level of Terraform knowledge; working with modules, use of terraform functions and a custom Terraform backend. Knowledge of code quality tools such as TFSec, GitLeaks and Semgrep to identify hard coded keys in the code will be added advantage

Added advantage is use of Atlantis tool to deploy infrastructure through Terraform pull requests

Work with GitHub Actions and OIDC to trigger Terraform code to perform infra tasks such as - deploy applications, deploy S3 content
