• 1st Shift | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Candidate may choose preferred shift)

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven structural welding experience REQUIRED
• Previous lead, supervisory, or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards
• Experience performing quality control inspections on completed welds
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS or equivalent welding certifications preferred
