Job summary

Infosys Limited in Tampa seeks a Package Project Lead 2 to guide ERP integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and client engagements. You will define objectives, manage budgets, and ensure delivery of high-impact projects with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires expertise in AWS chatbot integrations, Docker/Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines, with Java and Python development experience to support enterprise-grade applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Chatbot implementation in AWS cloud.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes scalable architecture.
• Knowledge of Microservices and CI/CD pipelines for system efficiency.
• RESTful APIs for chatbot integration and enterprise apps.
• Spring Boot experience to support enterprise-grade applications.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in Chatbot implementation in AWS cloud.
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes scalable architecture.
• Knowledge in Microservices and CI / CD pipelines for system efficiency.
• RESTful APIs for chatbot integration
• Spring Boot and RESTful APIs to support enterprise-grade applications.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in core Java (Java EE/J2EE) skills, Python, Agentic skill creation
• Experience in Python based architecture

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
