Job summary

Infosys Limited, a global technology services leader, seeks a Package Project Lead 2 to drive enterprise integration initiatives within the EAIS unit. You will define objectives, align scope with business goals, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

You will coordinate planning, manage budgets, develop estimates, mitigate risks, and help prepare technical and commercial proposals. Some relocation/travel and US work authorization may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with chatbot implementation in AWS cloud.
• Background in microservices and scalable architectures.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade Spring Boot applications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with Java EE/J2EE and Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and scope aligned with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and client representatives.
• Evaluate deliverables and drive adoption of new methodologies and tools.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience

• Experience in Chatbot implementation in AWS cloud.
• Experience in Docker, Kubernetes scalable architecture.
• Knowledge in Microservices and CI / CD pipelines for system efficiency.
• RESTful APIs for chatbot integration
• Spring Boot and RESTful APIs to support enterprise-grade applications.

Preferred Skill and Experience

• Experience in core Java (Java EE/J2EE) skills, Python, Agentic skill creation
• Experience in Python based architecture

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
