    • Salesforce eCommerce/Digital platforms
    • Aptos ONE POS / store systems
    • Snowflake
    • Various 3rd‑party applications
  • Support integration between store systems and digital/CRM platforms.
  • Build automation workflows to streamline operational and customer‑facing processes.
  • Ensure consistent and reliable data flow across all domains.
Data & Analytics Support
  • Write and optimize SQL queries across multiple schemas and datasets.
  • Support ingestion pipelines feeding Snowflake and other data platforms.
  • Validate data accuracy for reporting, CRM activation, and operational use cases.
Operational Support & Reliability (Critical)
  • Participate in monitoring, incident response, and root cause analysis.
  • Provide on‑call/after‑hours support for production issues when needed.
  • Ensure timely resolution of system outages or integration failures impacting Digital, CRM, or POS operations.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and preventative measures.
Collaboration & Delivery
  • Partner with Digital, CRM, and Retail teams to implement new capabilities.
  • Work closely with Technical Lead and DevOps teams on system reliability and architecture alignment.
  • Document integrations, Lambda workflows, and system dependencies.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies as part of delivery teams.
Required Skills
  • PERFORMS OTHER RELATED DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS AS REQUIRED.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • AWS Cloud Certification and/or AWS Certified Developer is preferred.
Required Experience
  • 3‑5 years of experience in cloud development, software development, or systems integration.
  • Hands‑on AWS experience (Lambda, Python, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM).
  • Experience building APIs and event‑driven integrations.
  • Strong SQL skills across multiple datasets/schemas.

  • API design and system integration.
