You will work within IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, collaborating across product, platform, and support teams to deliver reliable cloud-based solutions for global clients. The role emphasizes incident management, change control, and documentation, with hybrid work arrangements in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure/cloud engineering and fullstack maintenance/support.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, change, release, access, and service management processes.
• Experience with security, compliance, testing, patching, and operational documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement service strategy and coordinate with system owners and stakeholders.
• Ensure security, architectural and release plan alignment.
• Support major incidents and act as escalation point for Service Desk.
• Approve access requests and manage IAM roles.
• Coordinate testing (UAT, functional, security).
• Maintain documentation for backup, security, data protection.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs and capacity planning.
• Collaborate across product, platform, and support teams.
