Responsible for improving alignment and partnership with alliances to drive tighter coordination on sales, product, marketing, and commercial efforts. This position will be central to driving change and activating a proactive, purposeful, and predictable Go-to-Market strategy across technical, product, sales, and marketing organizations to grow Rackspace revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Owns relationships with strategic alliances or manages multiple smaller alliances.
- Establishes and manages governance meetings and activities.
- Develops understanding of Rackspace’s portfolio and translates it for alliance partners.
- Ensures partner adherence to alliance framework activities.
- Creates and executes strategies based on alliance offerings and customer needs.
- Builds credibility through business acumen related to alliance strategies.
- Collaborates with alliances to add value across business portfolios.
- Documents and maintains strategic alliance plans quarterly.
- Identifies areas for direct investment based on partner strategies.
- Builds relationships with partner resources across functions.
- Suggests improvements to partner commercial arrangements.
- Coordinates alliance activities across Rackspace divisions as the main POC.
- Influences funding and development opportunities within alliances.
- Supports partners’ product line considerations.
- Enables executive relationships, including C-suite engagement.
- Creates partner enablement materials with product marketing.
- Assists in event planning and execution.
- Relays partner priorities to product teams and influences roadmaps.
