Job summary

Allied Consultants, Inc. in Austin, TX seeks an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer (AI Team) to design, build, and deploy AI cloud applications.

You will support AI cloud platforms using cloud-native services, troubleshoot issues across the stack, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. The role requires 4+ years in cloud engineering on AWS, hands-on with core AWS services, IaC, CI/CD, and scripting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building cloud-native apps on AWS.
• Hands-on with Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch.
• Experience with scalable, secure cloud solutions and CI/CD pipelines.
• IaC with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Networking concepts, load balancers, DNS, security groups, connectivity.
• Containerization with Docker; Kubernetes knowledge optional.
• Scripting in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Security, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI cloud applications on AWS.
• Support AI cloud platforms with cloud-native services.
• Troubleshoot infra, application, networking, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
• Mentor juniors and review code for best practices.
