Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Administration.
- Strong hands-on experience working with AWS services including VPC, Subnets, NACLs, Security Groups, EC2, S3, IAM, ELB, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and EKS in production environments.
- Experience implementing and supporting AWS cloud environments for data solutions or data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with container technologies and AWS ECS is preferred.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Python scripting.
- Hands-on experience with AWS CLI.
- Good understanding of DevOps toolchains including Git repositories, Jenkins, and related CI/CD tools.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and management.
- Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake is a plus.
- At least one AWS certification related to administration is required.
Additional Preferred Experience
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud foundational infrastructure setup.
- Exposure to AWS AI services such as Bedrock or SageMaker infrastructure setup.
- Experience supporting initial cloud infrastructure setup for data and AI environments.
