Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) Manager to lead the LNG project AWP program, driving integration across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and project controls.

You will develop and govern WBS, POC, CWAs, IWPs, and ensure readiness with stakeholders; lead WorkFace Planning to boost productivity and minimize delays. Strong leadership and LNG/industrial project experience are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
10+ years of experience on major industrial construction projects.
5+ years implementing and managing Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) programs on large capital projects.
Experience LNG, petrochemical, refinery, gas processing, or similar projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and governance of the project's AWP strategy.
Develop and maintain the WBS, POC, CWAs, and IWPs.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, quality, commissioning, and project controls teams.
Lead WorkFace Planning activities to improve labor productivity.
Monitor readiness, material availability, and constraints; drive mitigation.
Develop and track AWP performance metrics and readiness dashboards.
