• Experience coordinating submissions and working with attorneys and marketing colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategy and execution for awards, surveys, and directory submissions.
• Own the Directories & Rankings calendar, deadlines, and submission status.
• Research and evaluate new award opportunities and recommend participation.
• Analyze results and share updates with stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Draft compelling narratives and edits, sometimes with an external consultant.
• Coordinate interviews and prep materials with researchers and firm lawyers.
• Develop internal and external communications announcing rankings and awards.
