Sony Pictures Entertainment in Culver City is seeking an Associate Manager of Awards to shape and execute awards campaigns across the studio’s slate. This role serves as a key liaison to internal teams and external partners, coordinating submissions and campaigns.

Responsibilities include managing submission calendars, working with partners to gather assets, and providing on-site support at award events, with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in entertainment awards at a studio, network, or agency.
• Knowledge and passion for domestic and international awards in TV.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with a collaborative team.
• Willingness to work some nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee submission process for all domestic and international awards across all series slate.
• Coordinate calendars, submission grids, assets, reels and essays as needed.
• Collaborate with partner platforms to gather campaign information.
• Maintain historical awards nomination and win databases.
• Provide on-site support at ceremonies and manage tickets/travel.
• Manage budget and vendor invoices; support Talent Relations and PR.
