WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Culinary Department, develop menus, oversee daily meal preparation, and ensure high standards of taste, safety, and hospitality for residents.

This full-time management role requires collaboration with nursing and operations, budget oversight, staff development, and adherence to dietary regulations while delivering compassionate, patient-focused service. The facility is award-winning and supportive with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Certified Executive Chef or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field required.
• Knowledge of dietary practices and regulations in nursing care facilities required.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Culinary Department, its programs, and activities.
• Coordinate culinary services and activities with other related departments.
• Assist in developing, maintaining, interpreting, and implementing written culinary services policies and procedures.
• Maintain the department budget and forecasts, including written records for department expenditures.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors.
