Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor in Massachusetts to supervise and support individuals during overnight hours and assist with morning routines and daily living activities. You will promote health, safety, and a clean, safe environment while advocating for community inclusion.

The role emphasizes crisis response, medication protocol adherence, transportation coordination, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record are required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities are essential.

Responsabilités

Counselors are strong advocates for the people they serve, believe in the power of community, and recognize the importance of meaningful community inclusion and engagement.Other Key Responsibilities:Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.The organization recognizes skills, location, training, and program responsibilities by offering additional hourly differentials for certain positions.
