Northwood Children's Services in Duluth, MN is seeking an Awake Overnight Counselor for a full-time overnight shift. You will provide safety, supervision and care for students in a treatment setting.

Qualifications include: 21+ years old; 2 years of college or related post-high-school education (or 4 years of childcare/human services experience); a Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience is preferred and may yield higher pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 2 years of college or other post high-school education or 4 years of experience in childcare or the human services field.
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years' experience in the childcare or human services field is preferred but not required.
• Candidates who are hired and have completed a bachelor's degree will be compensated at a higher wage.

Responsibilities

• Overnight counselors provide safety, supervision and care for students.
• This is an awake overnight position, working with children and adolescents in a treatment setting.
• Respond to situations or concerns that arise over the overnight shift.
• Prepare students for daily activities in the morning when needed.
