Job summary

Open Sky Community Services, located in Massachusetts, seeks a dedicated crisis support professional to assist individuals with daily living, transportation, and health management. You will operate within a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented framework, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to agency policies.

The role offers $20.00 per hour starting pay, with potential additional hourly differentials.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record is required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.
• Implement individuals’ health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
