LPL Financial Holdings Inc. is seeking an AVP Software Engineer to join the Prospect and Client Management team.

You will design, develop, and lead the implementation of large-scale enterprise services using AWS cloud-native technologies to manage participant data for millions of advisors. You will contribute to distributed systems architecture, implement CQRS and event sourcing patterns, support real-time event streaming, and deploy containerized applications in AWS environments using EKS, Helm

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
• Progressive technical lead responsibilities in large tech stacks.
• Experience with at least one of C#, .NET Core, Python, or Java.
• 5+ years AWS services experience (EKS/ECS, Lambda, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, RDS).
• 3+ years implementing CQRS and Event Sourcing patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-native services in AWS.
• Build and support containerized apps in AWS EKS with Helm and auto-scaling.
• Develop infrastructure as code with Terraform for AWS services.
• Design RESTful APIs with versioning and backward compatibility.
• Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Implement CQRS, event sourcing, and event-driven architectures.
• Support modernization across enterprise platforms.
