Job summary

Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Board is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to oversee centralized procurement, ensure compliance with public procurement laws and airport policies, and drive supply chain modernization across ERP systems and data transparency.

You will establish clear RACI frameworks, develop supplier strategies, manage risk, and lead performance analytics to deliver cost-effective, compliant services that support a complex, high‐volume airport operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; equivalent combos allowed.
• 7+ years of procurement leadership with R2P and contracting experience.
• 5+ years of staff management and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of supply chain needs in a large airport environment.
• Establish service level standards, metrics, and analytics dashboards.
• Direct procurement functions including purchasing, contracting, warehousing, and inventory.
• Develop supplier strategies, risk assessments, and business continuity plans.
• Lead Solaris actions to improve S2C and P2P efficiency with Lean/Six Sigma.
• Promote SBE program participation and workforce development.
