Job Duties :
  • Work closely with business and technology colleagues to create services built using modern, consumer-focused solutions.
  • Use advanced DevOps practices to enable fast feedback loops using automation, containers, infrastructure as code, feature flags, deployment testing, and automatic rollbacks.
  • Work with a team of engineers to implement a modern technology ecosystem to support various functions within MIS.
  • Support multiple lines of businesses and contribute to applications of medium to high complexity at a global level with multiple concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility.
  • Provide organization, mentorship, and oversight for establishing and maintaining principles, responsibilities, standards, procedures, and accountability.
  • Develop baseline technology standards, tools, platforms, and processes in support of the overall technology and data strategy.
  • Manage and control costs associated with support, managing, and onboarding new applications while growing the value of the support to the organization.
  • Collaborate with global teams and oversee vendor relationships and review budgets to ensure services are delivered with the highest quality and within specified timeframes.
  • Communicate events and their impact to stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership and drive their tactical and long-term resolutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership in proper implementation of processes and tools that best align with the organization’s strategic objectives.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $193,357 - 195,550, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contributions, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
