In this role, you’re expected to :

  • Provide complete service support to clients, solving complex inquiries.
  • Assist the Banker with documentation related to account opening and closing, loan disbursals, etc.
  • Organize pre-call planning and maintain client call records.
  • Assist in profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into clients.
  • Deepen existing client relationships through analysis.
  • Create sales and marketing strategies to generate revenue growth.
  • Conduct research, generate leads, and coordinate client events.
  • Provide accurate revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports to the Banker.
  • Ensure documentation related to KYC / AML is complete and updated.
  • Adhere to compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have :

  • 5-8 years of experience.
  • CACS 1 and 2 required.
  • Knowledge of investments; banking and credit products desirable.
  • Ability to manage relationships and multi-task.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
