First Financial Bank is seeking a Retail Operations Manager in Brock, Texas. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of the retail division, ensuring exceptional customer service and the effective supervision of staff. This role requires six years of retail banking experience, including two years in a management position. A college degree in business or finance is preferred.

Responsible for the fulfillment of all Bank policies and regulations as they apply to the Retail Operations Division, specifically Tellers, Safe Deposit and New Accounts. Responsible for the overall training of lobby and/or motor-bank personnel to assure friendly, eager, professional, and capable customer service. Responsible for positively motivating and ensuring that the sales culture of the bank will be enhanced by all retail personnel. Daily contact with customers, potential customers, officers, and employees.
