Job summary

Wintrust Financial Corporation seeks an AVP – Regulatory Reporting to ensure timely and accurate regulatory and internal report filing for bank subsidiaries and the consolidated company. This role maintains mappings, designs reports, and stays current with changing regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include compiling weekly to annual reports, supporting FRY9LP/FRY9C, and contributing to management reports and capital projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 5–10 years of related experience preferred (public accounting a plus).
• Experience with bank regulatory reporting and calls is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports for all bank charters and subsidiaries.
• Maintain mapping files and report designs affected by regulatory changes and system updates.
• Assist in preparing FRY9LP and FRY9C reports and related workpapers.
• Monitor regulatory reporting changes and translate them into updated data requirements and procedures.
• Support management reports including Risk Based Capital projections and FDIC assessments.

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
