Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking an Advanced Business Analyst to organize and coordinate strategic business analysis services across business units. You will document capabilities, requirements, and processes, and work with technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders to drive initiatives.

The role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting SDLC, and ensuring governance compliance while contributing to Agile projects and platform enhancements, including Salesforce and nCino workflows.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services coordinating business, functional and technical requirements and/or project management.
• 2+ years of experience on the Salesforce CRM Platform.
• 2+ years of experience on the nCino loan origination system.
• 2+ years of experience working with JIRA.

The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business team operates. This role will be key to understanding and documenting capabilities and business, functional and technical requirements needed to address business challenges. Business Analysts work closely with Business resources and stakeholders, internal Technology teams, and various vendors and third-party consultants and implementers.**What You’ll Do*** Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements for new initiatives, enhancements, and strategic projects.* Serve as a liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, communicated, and aligned with business objectives.* Create, refine, and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and JIRA backlog items while partnering with development teams throughout the SDLC.* Support Salesforce and nCino initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and assisting with platform administration, workflows, and system enhancements.* Participate in Agile delivery teams, facilitating requirements discussions, sprint activities, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful project outcomes.* Ensure compliance with Enterprise PMO governance standards, project documentation requirements, and established delivery methodologies.* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support project implementation, testing, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement efforts.**Qualifications*** 3-5 years of experience working in a financial services environment with a special emphasis on coordinating business, functional and technical requirements and/or project management across large cross functional teams, programs or projects* 2+ years of experience working on the Salesforce CRM Platform* 2+ years of experience working on the nCino loan origination system* 2+ years of experience working with JIRA* Salesforce Administrator Certification, a plus* Advanced knowledge of general IT, and Business Operations* Must possess solid leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills* Advanced knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes* Exposure to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Agile and Scrum Methodologies* Must have working knowledge of business productivity tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, and Visio.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people* Ability to be creative and think outside of the box to see the whole business picture while maintaining an exceptional eye for detail* Ability to work on multiple projects and programs simultaneously* Able to work with strict deadlines and time pressure* Excellent attitude and positive demeanor* Ability to create and manage JIRA user stories throughout the SDLC process following Agile methodology**Benefits**Medical Insurance • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Accidental death and dismemberment • Short-term and long-term Disability Insurance • Parental Leave • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Traditional and Roth 401(k) with company match • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan at 5% discount • Critical Illness Insurance • Accident Insurance • Transportation and Commuting Benefits • Banking Benefits • Pet Insurance**Compensation**The estimated salary range for this role is $82,000.00 - $102,000.00, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
