KVC Health Systems, Inc. seeks an Associate Vice President of Philanthropy to lead the Missouri fundraising strategy and advance the foundation's mission.

You will supervise five Regional Directors, build donor-centered programs, and oversee grants, annual giving, corporate partnerships, and stewardship. The role requires 10+ years in grant development, 5+ years in leadership, and a track record of securing six- and seven-figure gifts.

Formación

• 10+ years of fundraising experience in grant development.
• 5+ years of program leadership or cross-functional initiative management.
• Proven track record securing major gifts ($25,000+) and principal gifts ($100,000+).
• Willingness to travel across Missouri to support regional donor engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute fundraising goals and performance metrics with executive leadership.
• Supervise and coach a team of five Directors.
• Manage a personal portfolio of 75 to 125 prospects and close five-, six-, and seven-figure gifts.
• Oversee regional fundraising efforts across Missouri for integrated revenue growth.
• Engage Foundation board members and volunteers to recruit community ambassadors.
• Use data analytics and CRM to drive decision-making, pipeline management, and forecasting.
