Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Division AVP of Patient Logistics to lead the transfer center strategy across the division, overseeing operations, compliance, and performance metrics. You will partner with hospital leaders, physicians, and vendors to drive patient flow and value across the enterprise.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare with proven leadership, analytics, and process-improvement expertise. The position reports to the VP of National Transfer Centers and supports enterprise-wide

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of healthcare experience.
• Proven leadership experience in healthcare management.
• Experience driving large-scale transfer/throughput initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drives transfer center strategy across the division.
• Leads transfer center operations, staff development, and analytics.
• Collaborates with facility leadership, physicians, and external partners to grow volume.
