Qualifications

• Ph.D. in chemistry or related field with >10 years of industry experience in oligonucleotide discovery and development.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong data analytics, experimental design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and supervise a team of scientists to support a diverse portfolio of oligonucleotide medicines.
• Lead design, screening, and SAR optimization of oligonucleotide constructs to advance clinical candidates.
• Integrate AI/ML into oligonucleotide strategy and collaborate on IP planning.
• Present results to teams and partner with therapeutic area leaders.
• Drive the advancement of technical capabilities for enterprise impact.
