Role Overview

Join a global SaaS leader transforming the digital employee experience through custom and off-the-shelf productivity tools and next-gen technologies like GenAI. Reporting to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, this hands-on leadership role will guide a global team and own the digital solutions roadmap—helping drive enterprise-wide efficiency and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong technical fluency, and a bias for execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise digital tools strategy to improve employee productivity and collaboration
• Drive the exploration and implementation of emerging technologies such as GenAI, RPA, and process automation
• Oversee enterprise intranet, mobile apps, document management systems, and digital workplace platforms
• Implement and optimize workflows including onboarding/offboarding, collaboration tools, SharePoint, and enterprise search
• Promote a culture of experimentation and innovation across both IT and business units
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and communicate across all organizational levels
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing, globally distributed teams
  
  

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 12+ years of experience managing cross-functional IT or digital solution teams
• Deep expertise in employee productivity tools and workplace technology ecosystems
• Demonstrated experience with GenAI use cases or rollouts within the enterprise
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for both technical and executive audiences
• High level of accountability, initiative, and ownership
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Slack Enterprise
• Proven track record in matrixed, fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Experience leading diverse, inclusive, and innovation-driven teams
• Knowledge of security and privacy standards in digital transformation initiatives
