The AVP of Asset Management position is responsible for maximizing the financial, operational, physical, and regulatory performance of an assigned portfolio including affordable, market rate, and mixed‑use properties. This role requires close collaboration with property management, construction, development, accounting, and external stakeholders (lenders, investors, syndicators, and agencies). The asset management position blends hands‑on asset oversight with strategic portfolio planning, with a particular emphasis on LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, and other affordable housing programs.
