Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with NGFW security technologies (Fortinet, Check Point, Palo Alto).
• Experience with policy analyzer tools Algosec, Tufin and FireMon.
• Experience with host-based security technologies.
• Analytical skills for security policy and log analysis.
• Experience working with end users.
• Experience working on short and long term projects.
• Familiar with scripting.
• Experience with security policy and process audits.

Responsibilities

• Firewall policy hygiene management (rule recertification, cleanup, etc.).
• Identification and remediation of policies violating standards
• Reporting of policy compliance with standards
• Coordination of policy recertification
• Review and approval of security change requests
• Implementation of security change request
• Respond to audit requests, findings and remediation
• ability to work during off hours, weekends etc..
• creating and updating documentation
