  • Coordinate the planning, development, and facilitation of multiple Proposal Strategy opportunities.
  • Create key deliverables such as workflows and narratives to articulate Proposal Strategy and prepare responses.
  • Provide insights and industry experience to shape Proposal Strategies across opportunities.
  • Support competitive analysis activities to enhance Molina’s winning chances.
  • Identify opportunities and gaps, providing recommendations to address them.
  • Coordinate complex strategies across functions to develop compelling, customized solutions.
  • Support the development of proposal content, review responses, and serve as a color team and executive reviewer.
  • Champion continuous improvement and innovation within proposal processes.

Job Qualifications:
