Job summary

State Street is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Intraday Liquidity Management, to strengthen the firm's intraday liquidity framework. You will analyze exposures throughout the business day, identify optimization opportunities, and support strategic initiatives with senior management insights.

You will collaborate with Treasury, Cash Operations, Risk, and Technology to deliver practical improvements, develop governance materials, and lead cross-functional workstreams to enhance liquidity

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Treasury, liquidity risk management, liquidity reporting, regulatory reporting, payments, or related
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting/Business or related field
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exposure to Financial Market Utilities, central bank settlements, or custody operations is a plus
• CFA, FRM, or treasury qualifications are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Analyze intraday liquidity exposures across FMUs, central banks, agent banks and settlement networks to identify risks and opportunities
• Enhance intraday liquidity analytics, metrics, and management reporting for transparency
• Collaborate with Treasury, Operations, Risk, Finance, and Tech to improve data quality and reporting tools
• Prepare executive presentations, governance materials, and regulatory reporting for decision-making
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve liquidity efficiency and resilience
• Document workflows and playbooks to support onboarding and day-to-day operations
