Job summary

State Street Corp is seeking an AVP for ETF Basket Operations in the Sacramento delivery center. You will oversee daily ETF basket production, ensure timely and accurate approval, and lead teams across equity, fixed income, and complex ETFs.

You will partner with onshore leadership, Technology, Risk, and Client Coverage to deliver high-quality outcomes while strengthening controls and risk culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily ETF basket production, review, and approval activities in a high-volume environment.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex basket issues, discrepancies, and time-sensitive events.
• Ensure SLA adherence, operational readiness, and business continuity coverage.
