Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in VDC, digital delivery, reality capture, spatial technology, BIM or related AEC discipline.
• Strong knowledge of LiDAR, point clouds, 3D mapping, digital modelling, model coordination and data-driven workflows.
• Experience leading technical teams and digital delivery programs.
• Strong client-facing ability including proposals and senior stakeholder management.
• Experience with reality capture, digital twins, automation, AI/ML and data analytics.

This is a senior digital technology leadership role, with a top AEC firm, not a general BIM, CAD or project-management position. Please apply only if your background closely matches the technical and leadership requirements below.

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge of LiDAR, point clouds, 3D mapping, digital modelling, model coordination and data-driven project workflows.
• 12+ years' experience in VDC, digital delivery, reality capture, spatial technology, BIM or a closely related AEC technology discipline.
• Strong practical experience with Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation and point-cloud processing tools.
• Proven experience applying 3D/BIM technologies across multidisciplinary design and construction workflows.
• Experience leading technical teams, complex projects or digital delivery programs.
• Strong client-facing ability, including business development, proposals, presentations and senior stakeholder management.
• Experience with emerging technologies such as reality capture, digital twins, automation, AI/ML and data analytics.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related AEC discipline. PLS, GISP or similar professional certification is a plus.
