Qualifications

• 12+ years in Data Science, BI, and Analytics with senior leadership experience in a large enterprise.
• Proven ability to link data initiatives to measurable business impact and revenue.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and focus on internal customer service.

Responsibilities

• Modernize data science productization and drive smart innovation across the org.
• Expand ML/AI products to optimize a $10B core business operations.
• Identify and launch data monetization opportunities for new revenue streams.
• Incorporate forward-thinking AI technologies to solve business problems proactively.
• Oversee end-to-end model lifecycle and integrate solutions into daily workflows.
• Transform BI into a proactive insights engine with real-time, diagnostic, and predictive reporting.
• Architect self-service BI and a semantic layer empowering business users.
• Add augmented analytics and AI features to dashboards with anomaly detection and NL querying.
• Lead storytelling over stats and ensure BI products deliver clear business recommendations.
• Build a robust competitive analysis unit with executive-ready narratives.
