Pattern Energy is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Information and Cybersecurity to lead cybersecurity, technology risk, and operational resilience for generation, storage, and transmission assets. The role partners with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, EPC, and operations to embed security into enterprise decisions and growth.

15+ years in cybersecurity leadership within regulated environments.
Experience across cybersecurity governance, risk, and resilience.
Willingness to travel to North America for collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management for Pattern Energy.
Oversee OT security, resilience, and regulatory compliance including NERC CIP.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit, EPC, and executives for risk-informed decisions.
Drive AI governance and secure modernization across generation, storage, and transmission assets.
