Job Description:

Role Summary/Purpose:

This field sales position is responsible for selling to Regional & Store level client leadership the benefits of our products, driving product engagement and in-store execution to meet or exceed credit goals. The role involves maintaining relationships through effective communication, attending market/store meetings, developing in-store product execution strategies, and ensuring regional strategies are effectively implemented at the store level.

This position supports a territory including Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Virginia. The preferred location is Atlanta or Florida.

Location: The position is based from a home office in Georgia or Florida and requires significant travel via company car.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Drive application volume to meet/exceed goals, measured as percent increase to Operating Plan.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction targets as per Client Satisfaction surveys.
  • Enhance in-store marketing program implementation and conduct ongoing training.
  • Develop credit awareness programs with store and market management.
  • Audit store signage and point-of-sale materials for compliance and communicate issues.
  • Support initiatives of the General Manager and client team.
  • Compile and present results of credit programs; manage travel and marketing budgets.
  • Attend/support store openings and relocations; develop and maintain key external client relationships at various levels.
  • Leverage credit support and commitment at the store level.
  • Develop annual engagement plans for stores aligned with business goals.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in Financial Services or Retail Store Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience developing presentations and pitching to management.
  • Proficiency with Sales Force CRM, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

Grade/Level: 10

The salary range is $75,000 - $130,000 USD annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus based on performance. Actual compensation depends on experience and skill level. Salaries are adjusted for markets like CA, NY Metro, and Seattle.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Willingness to undergo drug testing, background checks, and fingerprinting.
  • Must meet requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
