THE OPPORTUNITY
This position will perform a variety of tasks related to ensuring the Bank’s compliance under the Community Reinvestment Act. In this role, major responsibilities will include reaching out to and establishing relationships with community organizations for the purpose of serving as the Bank’s CRA representative and promoting the Bank’s products and services in all its communities, including to low- and moderate-income areas. The position will assist in the evaluation of donation requests from Bank employees and community organizations, the identification and evaluation of community development investment opportunities, and the evaluation of potential community development loans. When needed, the position will also assist in evaluating the bank’s small business loans and ensuring reporting is accurate and timely. The position will help ensure the Bank’s disclosure requirements are met through review and updating of its CRA Public File and CRA Notices as needed. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.

SALARY RANGE
The base salary ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.
