Arch Capital Services LLC is seeking an AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager to lead Lean transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement across a business unit.

You will guide current and future state designs, develop implementation plans, and coach senior leaders to sustain improvements. Strong analytics, change management, and communication skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred; related field brings value.
• Lean or similar certification or track record implementing continuous improvement in service environments.
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred.
• Strong data mining and analysis capabilities; ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

In short, We Enable Possibility℠.Position SummaryThe AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager will oversee and implement transformation initiatives to drive continual improvement within a business unit. This role requires a strong understanding of Lean principles and operational management practices to deliver sustainable results.Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesLead the deployment of a Lean Transformation with specific responsibility of initiatives and continuous improvement practices and routines.Guide the current state and future state, implementation plan, along with impact and value of changes (in strong cooperation with business or service unit experts).Develop and nurture strong partnerships to understand specific business issues and priorities to effectively integrate continuous improvement into their organization.Use a standard set of Lean/Problem Solving tools and analyses to develop insight, solutions and drive the consistent use of Lean standards in the delivery of Value Stream or Function .Responsible for the consistent and successful delivery of agreed standard work.Guide training and problem solving workshops with senior managers & teams.Coach senior leaders to be effective in their roles as sponsors; and coach leaders at all levels on their role to support and sustain continuous improvement in their area including their own management practices and routines.Coach managers and teams on the tools and techniques they will need to successfully identify, prioritize and capture performance standards.Required Skills and AbilitiesDiversity & Inclusion AptitudeAbility to work well with a variety of different individualsLEAN Transformation experienceOperational and Analytical thinkingEffective communication, listening and facilitation skillsInsurance knowledge and strong business acumenStrong organizational skills with high level of attention to detailHigh Emotional Quotient and ProfessionalismEducation and Experience7+ years of experience as a Lean management leader with demonstrated success in leading end to end transformational changeExperience in the financial services or insurance industries and an understanding of operational management practices (preferred)Lean or similar certification, or experience implementing continuous improvement principles in service environments/organizations (e.g., Business Agility, Lean management techniques, Six Sigma certification, etc.)Proven track record developing and/or implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiativesDemonstrated ability to effectively interpret data and measure performanceAbility to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in challenging situationsSuperior oral and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail while developing and presenting to senior leaders of the companyDeep knowledge and demonstrated application of change management principles, practices, methodologies and toolsExceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop compelling messaging for diverse audiencesStrong ability to facilitate, teach & coach diverse set of audienceAble to work collaboratively in a team environment, and deliver effective consulting and coachingHigh degree of integrity and ability to handle confidential matters and sensitive situations with discretionDemonstrate proficiency in project and program managementDemonstrate proficiency in data mining and analysis.Bachelor’s degree with related experience or Master’s in related field required. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.$98,000 - $155,700/yearTotal individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
