Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, is expanding our Compliance team with nationwide consideration for an AVP, Compliance.

Directs activities to ensure the company is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations; oversees state filings, training, audits and remediation efforts; collaborates with Legal and operations to manage regulatory risk and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 15 years’ experience working in a similar role for a commercial insurance carrier.
• Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with management on issues; provides leadership to Field Underwriting, Claims and Customer Service staff as needed.
• Monitors development, maintenance and submission of rates, rules, forms and programs across states/lines to ensure compliance with regulations and company goals.
• Leads remediation projects and large-scale efforts based on changes in law or policy.
