Wintrust Financial Corporation is seeking a seasoned BSA Compliance Testing leader to expand and strengthen the program across the first and second lines. You will oversee testing activities, guide staff, and ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of results.
The role requires 7–10 years in 2nd line compliance testing and a preferred Bachelor’s degree. On-site location with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary range.

Responsible for expanding the BSA compliance testing program, continue strengthening the program structure, provide oversight and management of an effective Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance testing program to validate the organization; Maintaining the required level of compliance set forth by its regulatory agencies; Verifying compliance with the BSA regulation governing the conduct of the entities’ affairs by providing regular testing and reporting of potential issues identified and verification appropriate corrective action is implemented.
The estimated salary range for this role is $98,000 - $132,000. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.
