Job summary

Sigma Computing seeks an AVP, Customer Success Commercial & Scale to lead Commercial, Scale and Digital CS across segments, driving strategic coverage and KPI-driven outcomes for a fast-growing customer base.

You will build AI-driven capabilities, evolve engagement models, and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure value delivery and predictable expansion while managing a team of CS leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership at scale with a track record of building and leading CS teams of 20+ people, owning retention and expansion outcomes.
• Experience building digital-only or hybrid engagement models with Marketing and Product on lifecycle initiatives.
• Experience scaling Commercial CS motions in a high-growth SaaS company, balancing digital programs with human-led engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial, Scale & Digital CS agenda across segments and drive coverage strategies.
• Build AI-driven, scaled capabilities (digital journeys, self-serve, one-to-many programs) to extend coverage.
• Own outcomes (GRR/NRR, adoption, time-to-value, expansion) with KPI-driven cadence and data-informed decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Renewals, Product, Marketing, Support, RevOps and Finance to align on strategy and forecasts.
• Hire, coach, and develop CS leadership; set talent bar and culture of accountability.
