The Portfolio Manager will work with the Vice President, Commercial Banker to monitor credit risk and meet bank goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience in Portfolio Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations and loan administration.
• Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legal compliance obligations.
• Intermediate knowledge of commercial credit and loan structuring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, structure, underwriting, and coordinate closing of major and complex loans.
• Interface with clients to assess credit needs and determine required analysis.
• Gather information for financing requests to senior management or Loan Committee.
• Coordinate processing of approved loans and ensure compliance with policies.
• Support portfolio management and upkeep tasks within the Relationship Manager's portfolio.
