Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare IT or operations.
• Epic or comparable enterprise clinical/revenue cycle application leadership experience (Executive sponsorship preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy for Clinical and Revenue Cycle Applications.
• Serve as executive sponsor for Epic optimization, upgrades, and major implementations.
• Lead governance structures for prioritization, investment, and portfolio management.
• Oversee lifecycle management of Epic and third-party clinical and revenue cycle applications.
• Direct and develop Directors responsible for Epic and related applications.
