Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and deploying production AI/ML systems.
• Strong Python proficiency and software engineering best practices.
• Experience with cloud-native AI on AWS or similar platforms.
• Ability to design, mentor, and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production AI systems including document intelligence, intelligent knowledge systems, agentic orchestration, conversational AI, and generative AI applications.
• Own AI projects end-to-end from scoping to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and engineering standards for the AI/ML platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve development velocity.
