The AVP, Advisory Programs Strategy & RPM Enablement is responsible for supporting the evolution and growth of LPL's advisory platform strategy, with a primary focus on Representative Portfolio Management (RPM) and the integration of Commonwealth Financial Network (CFN) advisors into LPL’s advisory ecosystem. This role serves as a critical connector between business strategy, product development, advisor experience, supervision, and field adoption. Working closely with the VP, RPM, the AVP helps translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives that enhance platform capabilities, improve advisor engagement, and accelerate adoption of model-based investment practices.
The AVP partners across Advisory Programs, Trading, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure platform enhancements align with advisor needs, regulatory requirements, and enterprise objectives. This position plays a key role in shaping how advisors leverage RPM and related advisory solutions to optimize their practices and deliver improved client outcomes.

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
