Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional avionics or electronics thermal engineering.
• Strong heat transfer and fluid mechanics expertise.
• Experience with active and passive cooling integration.
• Proficiency with CFD and CAD tools listed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own thermal solutions for UAV avionics including design, analysis, and test.
• Develop and validate heat transfer and fluid flow models.
• Provide technical leadership in trade studies and risk assessments.
• Plan tests, instruments, and analyse data to match models.
• Guide cross-disciplinary teams on thermal/fluid fundamentals.
• Communicate findings through reviews and reports.
• Identify risks and influence design directions.
