Job summary

Innova Solutions in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician for a 12-month, full-time contract position. The role involves hands-on testing of military avionics and repair of circuit assemblies, using oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and diagnostic equipment.

Applicants must have a strong schematics background and PCB repair experience. The position offers a 9/80 schedule, with a W-2 engagement and a pay range of $30–$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Requires reading electronic schematics and circuit diagrams.
• Experience with bench test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, signal generators).
• Component identification and replacement skills.
• Understanding of analog and digital circuit theory.
• Experience with printed circuit board repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform depot- and component-level testing of military avionics displays and control units for platforms including C-130J, F-35, Apache, and Blackhawk.
• Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies to component level using schematics, test equipment, and diagnostics.
• Use oscilloscopes, freeze spray, and multimeters to identify and replace defective components on multi-layer PCBs.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Document repairs using depot-level maintenance procedures.
