Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Test Technician in Alpharetta, GA for a 12-month contract position. The role involves depot- and component-level testing of military avionics displays and control units, using test equipment to identify and replace defective components.

Responsibilities include schematics-based troubleshooting, documentation, and ESD-safe bench work. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience, familiarity with military displays,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 6 years of related experience, or 2 years post-secondary/associates with 2 years related experience.
• Ability to read electronic schematics and circuit diagrams.
• Experience with bench test equipment: oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, signal generators.
• Component identification and replacement skills.
• Understanding of analog and digital circuit theory.
• Experience with printed circuit board repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform depot-level, component-level testing of avionics displays and control units.
• Use oscilloscopes, freeze spray, and multimeters to identify and replace defective components.
• Troubleshoot circuit card assemblies using schematics and diagnostic procedures.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals.
• Perform continuity checks and voltage measurements on populated boards.
• Document repairs using depot-level maintenance procedures.
• Work at an electronics repair bench with ESD controls.
