Job summary

S&K Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior electronics repair professional in the United States, Georgia, to diagnose faults and perform repairs on LRUs, SRUs, and ATE/TPS equipment. The role includes interpreting schematics, using TMDE, and coordinating with OEM contacts to ensure accurate technical data.

The candidate will train government personnel, participate in prototype testing, and certify assets before shipment, while adhering to Work Control Documents.

Qualifications

• Diagnose faults in test stations and TPS objects.
• Restore electronics LRUs/SRUs and related test equipment per WCDs.
• Assist validation/verification to identify faults in new TPS.
• Review schematics, blueprints and manuals for reparable units.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults in the test stations and TPS.
• Take repair actions to restore LRUs/SRUs/ATE to serviceable status per WCDs.
• Assist in validation/verification to identify faults in new TPS prior to acceptance.
• Review schematics, blueprints, and manuals for reparable units and test stations.
• Access OEM baselines and drawings via JEDMICS for parts lists and specs.
• Collaborate with OEM contacts for accurate info in the knowledge base.
• Use TMDE such as oscilloscopes, meters, generators, and counters.
• Perform self-devised fault analysis when automated diagnostics fail.
• Train government personnel in fault analysis techniques.
• Analyze test software and recommend corrective actions.
• Assist prototype/first article testing to ensure functional TPS.
• Resolve technical problems on specified weapons systems.
• Set up and operate equipment for fabrication of PCBs and cables.
• Certify asset conditions prior to shipment.
• Repair, modify, troubleshoot, calibrate, align, and operate automatic test stations.
