Qualifications

  • 2+ years Aircraft Avionics experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on avionics systems and troubleshoot procedures.
  • Communicate with maintenance personnel to coordinate plans.
  • Assist in aircraft pre-delivery inspections.

  • Alabama.
  • Indiana.
  • Washington.
  • Arkansas.
  • Kansas.

Essential Functions:
  • Perform routine maintenance on avionics such as aircraft navigation systems, radar, in-flight entertainment systems (IFE), radio, etc.
  • Perform diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures on aircraft systems.
  • Communicate with other maintenance personnel regarding action plans.
  • Perform aircraft preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs.
  • Develop, maintain, and repair aircraft avionics and navigation systems.
  • Communicate with mechanics and avionics technicians to troubleshoot non-avionics and engine-related issues.
  • Assist and oversee aircraft pre-delivery inspections.
  • Perform aircraft taxi inspections.
  • Communicate with mechanics to get necessary approvals for scheduled maintenance.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years Aircraft Avionics experience.
  • Avionics certification or technical training.
  • Knowledge of aircraft avionics systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain aircraft avionics systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
